Northsea waters

Sea reaches across the
span of body and land
rolls around rooted legs
feet dug deep in submerged sand

A watch tower of skin
encased bloody water and meaty
mass, organism of life sees with
reach far out to sea

waiting for the bravery to bare
the cold on his belly,
and swim.
